Drug consumption among young people seems now to be an international phenomena: A study published by the Public Education Ministry shows that among twelve-to-seventeen-year-olds the consumption of cannabis has doubled, the average threshold age is now thirteen, and alcohol and drugs abuse have overtaken tobacco.
