P. 26 "in Switzerland that cannabis contains up to 28% THC, are almost valueless."

ENCOD Mailing List:

Throughout 2004 and 2005 the argument about a particular case of mental illnesses linked with cannabis has been known as ’cannabis psychosis’. This idea has been widely publicised (just click in the search of any of the newspapers, and I am not talking about tabloids or the traditional opposers to the measure and you can get more than 500 related news in the last year). In additon, it has been argued that new varieties of cannabis are 10 times, or 20 times or even 30 times ’stronger’ and a new enemy has been identifed: ’skunk’! Even though last year the EMCDDA published a report about the level of strength of cannabis, in which cannabis potency may vary and that homegrown cannabis can be two or three times stronger than herbal cannabis imported from countries such as Morocco... (see http://www.csdp.org/research/insights6web.pdf p. 13) p. 26)

P.S.

UNITED KINGDOM psychotic symptoms, the danger is not sufficiently great to justify the reclassification of cannabis.
